 Directions for Internet Explorer Users:

  1. Visit the URL above and type in your 6 digit Session ID.
  2. Applet will download - need to have ActiveX active to allow this.
  3. Install the LogMeIn Rescue Applet.
  4. Chat Window will appear (see image below)
  5. Wait for a technician to connect with you with a phone call and/or via the computer.
  6. For remote assistance click on OK.  (You may end the session at any time by clicking on End Desktop Sharing or Disconnect at the bottom of the chat window, see image below)
  7. Close the chat window

 

Directions for FireFox Users:

  1. Visit the URL above and type in your 6 digit Session ID.
  2. Save the file.  (File name:  Support-LogMeInRescue.exe)
  3. Click 'Open' on this file when it finishes downloading.  This will launch a Chat Window (see below)
  4. Wait for a technician to connect with you with a phone call and/or via the computer.
  5. For remote assistance click on OK.  (You may end the session at any time by clicking on End Desktop Sharing or Disconnect at the bottom of the chat window, see image below)
  6. Once the session is over you may close the chat window and delete the exe file saved to your desktop.
