About the IowaDocs® Product

IowaDocs® is a library of templates consisting of the legal forms created, endorsed and copyrighted by The Iowa State Bar Association. The HotDocs® software is needed in order to open this library of templates. Most IowaDocs® forms are available in two formats, Bordered (hpt) and Non-Bordered (rtf). IowaDocs® does contain state forms that are not to be altered and are not offered in Non-Bordered (RTF) formats. These forms are clearly marked in the IowaDocs® library with “State of Iowa Form” labeled in the description of the forms.
