**A technician will supply you with a 6-digit code**

IE Users:

1. After entering 6-digit code, click button "Connect to technician"
2. Click "Ok", if prompted about visiting a secure connection.
3. Click "Run"
4. Click "Run" again.  A chat window will appear with a technician.

FireFox Users

1. After entering 6-digit code, click button "Connect to technician"
2. Click "Save"
3. Your download manager will download the file "Support-LogMeInRescue.exe" to your default directory for downloads.
4. Double click on this file to run it.
5. Click "Ok"
6. Click "Run".  A chat window will appear with a technician.
