♦ When a User logs in they get a blank library listing

This error generally means that the user is setup with your account but has not been added to be a subscriber for IowaDocs, to fix this follow these steps to add users to an account:

1. Login as an admin of your account (https://iowadocs.xpressdox.com/)
2. Go to the “Manage” menu item.
3. Select “Subscriptions”.
4. Click on the “edit” button () next to "IowaDocs".
5. Click the “add user” button.
6. Select the users you need.
   • NOTE: If they are already a user in your list, you can pick from the drop down listing.  If they are not a user you can add them here by providing their name and email address
