♦ How Record Your Screen (Troubleshooting Aid)?

For Windows users:

1. Press the Alt + [Windows key] + R
2. This will pop up a little box that you can stop the video and open your folder where the video is saved.
3. Send the video to support@iowadocs.net for review

 NOTE: if you have multiple monitors, use your mouse to click the screen you need to record before pressing the Alt+Windows Key+R
